Spray foam insulation, when properly applied, can dramatically reduce a home’s energy costs. It is made from 2 types of composite material – polyurethane and isocyanate, which chemically react when sprayed at the tip of a spray foam gun causing it to expand and harden in place creating an airtight seal.
